Every summer we can a considerable amount of our organically grown vegetables in various forms.
The cucumbers & zucchini we use for Relish and Cucumber-salad.
We make many a gallon of tomato sauce out of our tomatoes, which we in turn use to make BBQ-sauce,
Spaghetti-sauce, Salsa & Ketchup.
You will find some of our jalapeno peppers in most of our canned products with the exception of the
Cucumber-salad and our onions are in all of them.
